T200 Revolver Bale press is designed for the high production of textile materials into high density bales. With the two baling chamber the process is almost continuous.

Material include:- Clippings, Scoured wool, Cotton, Rags, Polypropylene etc.

Features

  • Manually swivelled box work and bale tipping operation.

  • Internal box size of 1100mm x 740mm

  • The baler has a maximum Main ram pressure of 200 tons through 1 cylinder.

  • Up to 9 x 2 way strapping.

  • Infeed conveyor has side guards of 450 mm high used to prevent the material spilling from the sides.

  • 12 metre long roller conveyor, chain driven and suitable to carry a load weight of 600kg of baled textiles
