T100/200 Revolver Bale Press
T200 Revolver Bale press is designed for the high production of textile materials into high density bales. With the two baling chamber the process is almost continuous.
Material include:- Clippings, Scoured wool, Cotton, Rags, Polypropylene etc.
Features
Manually swivelled box work and bale tipping operation.
Internal box size of 1100mm x 740mm
The baler has a maximum Main ram pressure of 200 tons through 1 cylinder.
Up to 9 x 2 way strapping.
Infeed conveyor has side guards of 450 mm high used to prevent the material spilling from the sides.
12 metre long roller conveyor, chain driven and suitable to carry a load weight of 600kg of baled textiles
