Aries Auto bale

The Aries
Bale Press would
suit high production of many different materials, Including Plastic
Bottles, UBC cans, Paper trim, Cardboard, Polythene sheet, Textiles, Foam
scrap Etc.
With it's 60 tons pressure it produces a high density
bale of up to 600kg in weight. (300kg>PET, 350kg>Foam, 550kg>Polythene,
450kg>Cardboard. All bale
weights are approximate)
Machine is fully automatic wire type with a capacity of
up to 8 bales per hour. Unit can be fed by means of an infeed conveyor,
Tipping Device of from above Mezzanine / MRF system.

Conveyor feed systems
Shown below is a Aries Baler with an infeed chain driven conveyor. 1200mm wide with an infloor section for ease
of feeding with forklift truck etc.

Fully Automatic
The Aries Bale Press is a fully Automatic
machine with Auto wire tying which can be altered to suit the product
being baled. i.e. 6 wires for difficult material like plastic bottle of
only 3/4 for baling cardboard as shown below.

T50 Horizontal Bale press
suits medium production of many different materials, Including paper trim,
Plastic Bottles, UBC cans, Cardboard, Polythene sheet, Textiles, Foam
scrap Etc.
With it's 50 tons pressure it produces a high density
bale of up to 600kg in weight. (250kg>PET, 300kg>Foam, 520kg>Polythene,
450kg>Cardboard.)
Machine is semi-automatic with a capacity of up to 4
bales per hour. Unit can be fed by means of an infeed conveyor, Tipping
Device of from above Mezzanine / MRF system.

T40 Horizontal bale press
(Hand Fed and Semi-Automatic)

T40 Horizontal Bale press
would suit medium production of many different materials, Including
Plastic Bottles, UBC cans, Paper trim, Cardboard, Polythene sheet,
Textiles, Foam scrap Etc.
With it's 40 tons pressure it produces a high density
bale of up to 500kg in weight. (220kg>PET, 300kg>Foam, 450kg>Polythene.)
Machine types:- Hand fed through top feed door,
Semi-automatic through feed hopper with conveyor feed, Hydraulic tipping
device.

| Hand Fed Machine
Machine can be supplied in a Hand fed version with a top feed door

Strapping Facility
Both the hand fed and semi-automatic machine are supplied with the
facility to use steel banding and strapping tool.

Tipping Device
Hydraulic Tipping device can be fitted to the hand Fed / Semi-Automatic
version of the T40 Horizontal Baler.

T15 Horizontal
bale press (Hand fed)

T15 Horizontal bale press is
ideally suited for low production of cardboard, textile trimmings,
polythene sheet, Foam scrap etc.
With 15 tons maximum pressure it produces a bale
suitable for decreasing transport / disposal cost.
Bale size:- Approx. 800 x 800 x 1100mm long which would
weight up to 300 kg dependant on material baled.
