The Bottle piercing unit can be used as a stand alone unit of as part of a sorting and Baling Process. The unit can be installed directly above a Baling unit (Horizontal Baler) or installed in a sorting hopper of an MRF |

Shown above as part of an infeed conveyor and Baling operation with a T40 Horizontal Bale press,
the system is capable of processing up to 1,000 plastic bottles per hour.
