Animal Bedding System

Cardboard is a Low Cost , dust free alternative to the traditional Wood shavings, Paper, Straw etc

Newly developed system for turning waste corrugated sheeting into a high valued bedding product for Horses, Cattle, Poultry etc. Product is dust free and out performs the traditional Wood Shaving, Shredded Paper, Straw etc.

Systems Include:-

Initial shredding unit with a large 1200mm wide feed with a cross cut unit giving a particle size of approx. 12 x 16 mm. Basic machine capable of processing flat sheet card @ a rate of up to 1500 kg / hour.

Pneumatic Conveying system to transport the shredded material from the Shredding unit on into the Bagging system.

Dust Extraction is carried out with our unique design of Rotary Product Separator. The dust is removed from the product and deposited into the Dust filters while the product falls direct into the weigh hopper of the Bagging Plant.

The bagging plant then weighs the material and packs the shredded product into a Polythene bag. The machine has a three ram system to help ensure consistency of pack weight / density and acheives a high production rate (Bagging unit capable of producing up to 120 x 25 kg packs / hour)
